Babcock is the leading UK engineering support services company. It is trusted to deliver critical support to government and key industry organisations across the globe. Babock bring together the latest technology and techniques as a service proposition for their clients. As a consequence of that, they have to ensure that the contractors that they use have the same high standards and in-depth knowledge.
The Project
Microcare was recommended to Babcock in 2004 and has successfully worked with them since. The initial project was to install a 20 site CAT5e network solution for one of their clients. Babcock needed to use a highly qualified contractor for their clients business and so it was put out to tender. Microcare tendered for the business alongside 3 other companies.
We were successful in our tender and delivered the project on time and to a high standard, ensuring that we followed all of the process and documentation required by our client.
Impressed by the high calibre of staff and service, Microcare then went on to install telephone systems at various locations on behalf of Babcock and continue to maintain them.
The Result
Based on the continuous high level of service and the knowledge and experience that Microcare have as an organisation we have worked closely with Babcock on many of their new business acquisition projects which subsequently results in Microcare being brought in as the approved contractor.
Microcare have also now provided new phone systems and maintenance contracts.
